World Can't Wait, Code Pink, National Accountability Action Network, Progressive Democrats of America and others will be back outside the Courthouse on October 8 when Bybee is scheduled to hear a case ( 1:30 pm, Courtroom 1, 3rd Floor).
As head of the Office of Legal Counsel (2001-2003) Bybee signed the "torture memos" drafted by John Yoo, action the Bush White House rewarded with an appointment to the Circuit Court.
