1. Take the 580 towards Hayward.
2. Take the 150TH AVENUE exit toward FAIRMONT DRIVE.
3. Turn LEFT onto 150TH AVE.
4. Turn RIGHT onto FOOTHILL BLVD.
5. Turn LEFT onto FAIRMONT DR.
