Over a hundred people marched through Hayward on what would of been Oscar Grant's 23rd birthday on Friday. A rally in front of the Hayward City Hall followed with a large outpouring of friends and family. Grant was shot in the back and killed execution style by BART police officer Johannes Mesherle on New Years Eve is free on bail.
